I feel they won’t show Pakhi and Virat’s meet. Sai will be the first one Virat sees when he gains consciousness. That’s why Pakhi was explaining that she got busy with the forms.

I feel it’ll be like, Sai would enter the room and Pakhi won’t be there at that time, Sai sits beside Virat and holds his hand, suddenly Virat starts to gain consciousness and Sai gets up asking whether he’s okay, they’ll share an eye lock holding hands, but Pakhi would enter before they could talk, then there is going to be full on beizzati of Pakhi and she’ll be kicked out. Then after that Virat and Sai’s conversation and romance will start.
