Yeah, his dressing, dialogues, voice modulation and facial expressions make him look like 30+ (as Pallavi had guessed) but yeah when he smiles he looks younger. That's why Sai decided to keep his beard for this role or he would look too baby-faced for us to take him seriously. I also think that's why he uses a bronze foundation to give himself a mature look, his actual skin tone is much lighter.
