I really wanted Anokhi to ask Shaurya about Shagun's claims

To begin with... I absolutely love Astha and Anokhi's bonding! They are unique and special...

But there are few things about relationships as a couple which is better off when discussed directly with the partner... And

This question about Shagun's claim was one of that... I really wished Shaurya and Anokhi had this discussion once he was back!

Shaurya could have come to meet her... She could have been casual and little at distance ... Tipping him off and she should have asked him this question... Why did Shagun and he separate! It's a serious relationship question.. One should have thought about... And discussed..

I have a feeling... (please don't mind or troll me for predicting something as per ITV standards) Anokhi will ask Astha this... Astha will convince her that they can change him... His soch can change and two of them unite with aim to change the soch... And all... Like Anokhi is supposed to have better things to do than changing 30 years old man ka soch... And we can see a typical track there... Astha and Shaan are going to witness typical Shaurya's pagalpan... Sorry passion wala love for Anokhi... And they will realize... Anokhi's power to control Shaurya's life like Devi does... But for a better reasons... To make him. Better person...

Also... All this is only applicable if Shaurya still has that soch left.. If as a changed man.. That's gone... No comments...

I don't think Shaurya, in general, is against career-centric women. Just that it's his fear of abandonment made him list the criteria for a life partner so regressive. He always termed Anokhi as bright, promising and even told her to return to Chandigarh only for herself, for her dreams. She does not require to change his soch, rather has to work hard to eliminate the insecurities he has.

If he gets assured of Anokhi's unconditional love and he being always among her top priorities (not first, but top), he will definitely mold his thought pattern in a new way.

I guess, let's assume, Anokhi gets a scholarship in Cambridge/some place of her interest. This new Shaurya will support her, turn his world upside down for her as she and her love is worth it. I don't think he will be staying in Patiala or Chandigarh, rather prefer to go with her for those 2-3 years as a visiting lecturer or for some additional training/degrees.

Well said! When he talked about his dream girl, there was nothing regressive about it, Infact he seemed to be looking for an equal and strong partner. His issue stems from his family (BM and BP) and his abandonment insecurities.

I am not sure how deep his expectations are at the moment... But it was kind of very low when the show had started.... Anokhi might have filled some gap... But quite some milestones would be pending....

Nevertheless, I really wanted Anokhi to find out details from Shaurya about his breakup and have open conversation... This whole 3rd party involvement is kind of getting on my nerves now... Either Shaurya is angry with her or super romantic... Last time ever I remember them having decent communication was when they were traveling in car back from Kapurthala... They were so good and clear about their expectations from each other...

Shaurya wanted her to finish her education (at SIAC)

And Anokhi wanted him to be nicer and respecting towards others...

Let's see how Astha deals with it now...

Yeah....he didn’t say stuff like her world will only revolve around me, she will always keep me above all her priorities. He just wants to be listened out, being honestly understood. He also mentioned that his dream girl should have the strength to fight against all the odds.

I think Shaurya and Anokhi will have a conversation regarding Shagun and the reasons for which his engagement broke. Shagun has sown some seeds of doubt in Anokhi's mind regarding Shaurya's expectation from his wife. Anokhi will discuss this with Shaurya. If not immediately maybe after some time. Aastha is not the ciorrect person to clear her doubts. Aastha herself was away from Shaurya for 25 years. Maybe she can just tell Anokhi about his bad childhood and the reason why he dosen't like his mother.

And my opinion is Shaurya was more upset with Shagun because she did not inform him about applying to Cambridge and she had agreed to be a housewife but had applied for higher studies without consulting him. He felt she was also leaving him like his mother and choosing her career over him. And yes Shaurya and Anokhi really need to have a proper and meaningful conversation. When the CVs have touched upon this topic I expect them to give a proper closure to it from Shaurya's side.

Even though Shagun was trying to scare Anokhi off the relationship, I didn't feel she lied. She presented to her a picture of Shaurya that she was familiar with. The dominating alpha male who doesn't want any identity for his wife other than that of a mother, wife and bahu. The underlying reason might be anything but that was the Shaurya she has known.

Aastha is now on overcompensating mode and might try to defend her son when Anokhi asks her the reason. I still don't know if Aastha herself is aware of the entire truth regarding Shaurya Shagun. It looks like the CVs have made her blind to her son's flaws so that the viewers start sympathizing with her, because she has always been a target of the viewers' hatred for being critical of Shaurya. It is true that she cannot force Shaurya or Anokhi to fall in love or out of love but she could atleast express some reservations like Shaan did ( poor thing is still getting bashed for that ). I would want a mature conversation between Shaan and Aastha about this.

Anokhi should definitely clear things out with Shaurya himself. She should confront him head on about the reason for the breakup. Shaurya has supported Anokhi's studies till now, but will he support her career too, especially now when they are going to be a couple? Anokhi has already struggled a lot in her life and getting into the Sabharwal house is only going to multiply her problems.

Do I sound negative? I honestly didn't mean to crib. I was just pointing out some inconsistencies. Rest is fine. I am getting a good dose of Aastha Devi tashan and I am enjoying it quite a lot.

To be very honest, I don't want Astha to defend Shaurya and immediately jump to supporting their love. Shaan is sensible... Astha should also be considerate.. She helped Anokhi run away from bad marriage to not push her in another toxic household just because her son is the one in question now!

Either she has to first get Shaurya out or warn Anokhi to focus on her studies! Shaurya can clear his heads about his expectations now from his wife if he has already mentally thought about Anokhi to be woman he wants to marry! Marriage is probably last thing in the show 😆 unless they want more of Kitchen politics to match TRPs audience taste...

Coming to rest of the comment - anyone would be upset if the partner applies without discussing... But Shaurya's words were totally like... You should have seeked my 'permission' before even thinking about it... That's where the whole point arises! A woman isn't supposed to seek permission before taking such decisions about their own life... OR man is expected to also seek permission before taking important decisions in their lives... Accepting transfer or something... This is something to be done jointly... If I must travel to UK for 3 years.. How will we manage our lives... Let's call weekly.. I will visit every year... And you visit once a year... They didn't have kids to worry.. 😆 but some do...

So in the whole fiasco most of the time women tend to make more compromises anyway.. And there Shaurya's expectations from Shagun were before even they got married 😆...

I really hope Shaurya and Anokhi bring up these important pointers of their lives!
