Sorry, but I completely disagree with you and the Honourable Minister on this😒.

From the first day onward itself, vaccines should have been available for everybody who was above 18. There were many people who wanted to take vaccine but did not fall in the age group😵. If they had opened vaccination drive to everybody above 18, significantly large number of our citizens would have been vaccinated 👍🏼

Also vaccination drive should be linked to ration card 👍🏼 so that poorer population of India can avail of vaccine at a reduced price or free while others pay the normal price😊.

If we had opened Covid-19 vaccination for everybody over 18 then a lot more people would have been inoculated 👍🏼 because a large number of vaccines were wasted due to non-usage 😈 even while there were people who wanted to take vaccines😎.

For instance all of my friends and there parents wanted to get vaccinated but only those fortunate enough to be above 45 could get it.

By restricting vaccine seekers to a certain age group we are increasing probability of vaccine wastage 🤔 and thereby making covid situation worst😵. Hope we do not make the same mistake again

शाळेत असताना एखादी पोरगी आपल्या मागे लागलेली लागते...तेव्हा आपण तिच्याकडे अजिबात लक्ष देत नाही...तिला कसलाच प्रतिसाद देत नाही...शेवटी ती वैतागून आपला नाद सोडून देते...

कालांतराने आपण कॉलेजला जातो...मग तीच शाळेतली पोरगी कॉलेजला गेल्यावर एकदम टवका दिसायला लागलेली असते...आता आपण तिच्या मागे खूप लागतो...पण ती आपल्याला काही भाव देत नाही...आणि हाताला सुद्धा लागत नाही...

#लसीच्या बाबतीत सुद्धा लोकांचं हेच झालेलं आहे...जेव्हा घ्या घ्या म्हणून सांगत होते...तेव्हा घेतली नाही...दुर्लक्ष केलं...आणि आता सगळे द्या द्या म्हणून मागे लागलेत...तर कुणालाच मिळत नाहीये...!!!😝😝😝

I get your point👍🏼, but what I am saying is we have arrived at this point because of age restriction that resulted in vaccine wastage🥱, the same wasted vaccines would have been used for people who wanted it👍🏼 but could not have it because of age restriction😵.

Let anybody who is above 18 have vaccine. If they register and do not turn up for vaccination 😈then let them wait for one week to even have an opportunity to register again🤔.

The age restriction approach is an haphazard one
