Unfortunately even this show has to work within the confines of drama. Albeit it's not as stupid as some other shows out there. Pang of drama

He could have just went straight to saberwal tabela or wherever his folks stay and said in no uncertain terms he marry that glittery living embodiment of embarrassment. That would have been more in tune with logic premi professor sahab.

Idhar tho subko dirama chahi na. The only positive thing here is this engagement nautanki won't be stretched

About ur doubt about meeting Anokhi- apne PS itne dur ki kahan sochte hai 😆

I feel equally sad for both.💔

My heart broke for both.

My heart hopes both makes it thru'

There's is no competition between who is more hurt, as Anokhi said, pain to pain hota hain - it does one thing - hurt you!

Thank you for saying this!!! I have stopped coming to the MF (except stalking EDT and CC) as I see constant posts bashing Shaurya!! It seems like no one understands him and his pain, which is portrayed amazingly by KV!!! He has literally no one by his side!! A person who has grown with such abandonment issues will surely have deep down insecurities. Anokhi, even though she had a dad who was not less than a monster, has people who love her purely unlike Shaurya. Today when he said for the first time in my life I was happy, my heart broke for him.

I don't know why I connect to Shaurya more and try to understand his pain and really get affected when I see posts constantly bashing him!! There are times when he is wrong but to find fault in all his actions, be it showing love to Anokhi or reacting to a situation like yesterday just confuses me. Yes Anokhi is heartbroken but so is he!! Why should we overlook his pain?

@bold - actually this has been happening every day in this forum and yet people deny this! Which is why I don't wish to write comments... Because I will offend so many people... But I couldn't stop myself from writing today as I could still see people bashing him. I understand if somebody doesn't wish to appreciate Shaurya, but doing this constantly angers me. People here treat Anokhi as if she's a kid, like those who need spoon feeding... She's an adult and she can very well decide for herself whether what she's doing is correct or wrong. Shaurya, since he's a 30 year old man, who is also a professor by profession is expected to act like a parent in this relationship and never misunderstand Anokhi 😆

THIS💯

One of the reasons I try to avoid as well.

No offence, but Shaurya is not every one's cup of tea. He is psychologically layered, his trauma makes him complex, but he is like that onion - which you need to peel layer by layer to get to the core.

We are used to toxic ML and we try to see Shaurya through the same lens.

For someone like me who loves grey characters, Shaurya with all his flaws is one of the most beautifully written ML i've seen in ITV and he gets better as the episodes goes on.

So true!! I normally don't comment in forums and just stalk but SAAKK was so intriguing that I for the first time wanted to participate in communicating but seeing so much negativity against Shaurya I back tracked. Also what if Shaurya is 30, the dude is in love and works on his impulse!! Is it not refreshing to see a man actually not give a damn about the world and be so upfront to everyone about his love? I love the impulsiveness and rawness of the character. But may be it is only few of us!!!

Also it is such a weird conundrum if you observe the posts!! When Shaurya does nice things there will be posts stating look how his characterization suddenly changed and he is no more the same Shaurya!! When he does something reckless or wrong there will be posts stating how Anokhi does not deserve him and how horrible a person he is!! I am like what is he supposed to do? I even remember seeing a post based on the recent BTS of him driving, criticizing him left right and center, without the telecast of episode and with no context!!! 😔Up to this point I have seen consistency in his characterization and have loved the way makers have arched it!!! I don't know about the future but until now he is one of my favorite ITV characters!!! So vulnerable yet firm and no BS!!!

FYI: It feels so good to vent this out FINALLLYY!!!

I cannot agree with you more!! And yesterday when he said to Devi on her face that he deserves to make his life choices I fell in love with the character all over again!! He makes his mistakes, learns from it and actually works to rectify it!!! Also beside the library incident he has not shown traits of toxic ML that we are used to!! He has not pinned her against a wall and has actually conveyed his feelings DIRECTLY to her without any hesitance!!

I know he is a modern day misogynist and that layer of his character will come forward when Anokhi and he will be together. I cannot wait to see him in that phase. His flaws will be more highlighted and hopefully he will grow and move on from the stuffs Devi has fed him!!

Also I would like to add I guess his complexities makes him more appealing (at least to us). What is there to look at a character that is white and does always good!!!!

Hey, thanks and I'm glad that you finally spoke about it in my post 😳

@bold - Ikr 🤢 people here love thrashing Shaurya no matter what he does, and then they argue that they were criticizing the character in a constructive manner

And it's really ridiculous that people have gone so far so as to justify their disliking for Shaurya 😆

Btw I was thinking something about Anokhi... In the last part of the episode, what was she trying to do with that light switch? Even Babli was irritated and said something like "Are ab bas bhi kar de!" 😆😆😆
