The only reason behind the sudden focus on Dementor Didi & character inconsistency of Adi-Imlie that I can think of is either the no TRP IPL season or that the shift to Hyderabad has come at the cost of heavy channel interference in the show🤓.

If it is due to IPL then I don't think I can bear to watch this nonsense for another month😡. If it is due to channel interference then I hope that the channel heads realise that what is making the show a hit is Adi-Imlie & the story execution of the writers, not Dementor Didi melodrama🤢.

I don't believe writers have given this much footage to Dementor Didi even during her wedding. Also they have been able to balance the Adi-Imlie relationship growth & their guilt towards Dementor Didi quite well till last to last week. It is only since last week that they have super focused on Dementor Didi ka melodrama & it is not as if Didi is generating any sympathy in the general audience. In fact they will be getting more antagonised towards her with no Adi-Imlie to balance out her psychoness 😆.

I hope whatever the reason is, the show makers & channel realise that this track is just not working with the audience & let the writers execute the story that they have been telling consistently since day 1👍🏼.

Such a sad case of creativity gone for a toss! But to your point, I am not sure what remains if it is not Imlie's story? Right now all I see is Imlie being a spectator even for her own life! She is being sidelined to the extent where it isnt making any sense any more. So basically she will get her haq when Malini feels like.,and that is so wrong..is this where it is heading?

Forgot to mention this earlier but in reference to this suicide look tutorial from Didi, how come that golden sindoor ki dabbi that she had THROWN at Imlie last week, was today conveniently back on her dresser for her to apply as part of this suicidal dulhan act?😕😆

Seriously i do not think this focus on didi is due to the channels directions. Unless they are completely nuts they would not screw up the storyline thats clearly working for them in terms of garnering trp. I think they have some new writers for the hyderabad episodes due to covid guidelines of 50 percent staff on sets vagaira. Regular superstar writers shayad nahi hain due to budget issues. Maybe if trp dips they will revert back to the regular folks.

Ok I admit I was the first one to use the FLIP line today😆.....but from a calmer frame of mind, I don't think that "saath" dialogue is a full flip.....it's more along the lines of inconsistency vis a vis Adi which they do from time to time based on whatever track they want to build up.....right now is all about addressing the Malini related fallout of the situation.

I don't think they'd have built up Adi-Imlie the way they have if they didn't want to see them through.....issue is more about how they've dropped the ball a bit in maintaining continuity for Adi-Imlie in the face of Malini fallout.....they've navigated so many sensitive situations in this tricky plot till this point....so I hope they can step up aage bhi......there is only so much they can keep Adi-Imlie in limbo to feed the Malini drama...and again, it's about just showing one dhang ki convo.....they don't need some romantic scene to prove chemistry or anything but show their connect dhang se rather than trying to prop up Didi ke delusions 24/7.

But do the writers need to be actually on set to write the story in today's world of technology? Or if they had to take only few writers then why would they leave behind the superstar writers? That doesn't make any sense.

I definitely think it is either to stretch the drama during the no TRP IPL season or because of channel interference. You won't believe how many people think they know how the story would work better than the writers😆. Reminds me of SRK's hilarious insight on this in his AIB interview😆. It is a very common thing in ITV shows & many shows have gone down the drain because of it.

Or it maybe that writers suddenly don't know how to balance Adi-Imlie with Dementor Didi drama without making her an out an out villain. But this again doesn't make sense with how her character is being shown. She is somehow even worse than the regular TV vamps😆. The writers have made her character's modus operandi very clear to the audience, it is only the other characters who remain unaware of her true nature. So it is just confusing over all.

Exactly 💯💯💯 it is all about giving us that one convo and things will be fine.. they are delaying it too much which is what is pissing me off more..if only we get something to hang onto I will be much more at peace.. everything even today pointed at adi imlie despite the disconnect otherwise but still woh wait is making me feel even more mehh than I should.. like insee the plot point I Don't feel the deviation from the original plot line or story nope not at all it is just the way they are dragging thr adi imlie ka conversations and putting them in this state that is making me mad.. matlab they still haven't talked about the vital info being leaked and didi knowing for sure.

The berukhi to viewers is killing me
