Agree - could do the opposite. Also what was the significance of the dupatta scene - he asked Imlie to wear it in a certain way? Or maybe it was just a token Adi Imlie scene?

The token scene definitely did not balance out Mailini’s creepiness. Giving up on life because marriage is breaking apart. Like seriously. And just in 1 day she decided that Aditya is in love with Imlie and that is why her dying is the only way out. It is bakwaas. She could not even wait for Aditya to come speak to her because she is scared of the truth but she is okay with death as long as she can avoid the truth. Total bakwaas.

I really hope that after some rona dhona and guilt tripping after Malini’s attempt, Aditya comes to senses and let everyone know that suicide is not an answer to anything. She could not even wait for him to speak with her. And that Malini needs help with her mental issues that has nothing to do wirh Aditya.

To Aditya, I want to tell him, aur raho denial mein. For 7 years he ignored Malini’s clinginess and insecurity. Let’s see if he can find it himself to not succumb to Malini’s manipulation this time.
