Could be, but it seems a little unlikely. He wasn't anywhere near them, and they weren't exactly talking loudly. I think Aryan will either tell Riddhu about Vansh mixing something in her drink. Or probably do something else that would harm the baby and blame V. Maybe he will instigate Riddhu, and she would again go and start working for vyom. Or he won't do anything now, but would try to ruin Vansh's deal.
