I also think that amma does not know what RR has done with PD. She probably put marriage condition because of abortion drama as Pallu and RR's name was dragged there and after Kirti's incident she might have thought about abortion fiasco and PD seriously. Also after Kirti's incident, amma must have realized that Kirti needs her brother's support now more than ever And she also might have realized that RR is not that bad, his family need to support him to sudhrofy too. So amma is killing three birds with one stone here....I think
