Finally watched the episode, after a long day, it was such a relief to watch it, i like how the screenplay is fast and every character seems like to have grown, and sadly none of them smiles anymore, some of the conversations tonight has been brilliant, infact all the conversations has been a brilliant build up to the future.
Starting with Sajal-Farhad, well how intense was the chemistry though, they looked really good in the same frame. I liked how jolted Feedi was once his eyes opened and he saw Sajal, Feroze was so natural in that scene, matlab ekdum need se jagke jo achanak shock hota hai, he played it so well. The first think he tells her was that 'You shouldn't be here, it is risky for YOU', every time I am pissed of Feedi for being stubborn and delusional, he does something that makes me feel for the hapless condition he is in, Sajal was just swayed by her emotions, she probably had no other way to entice the man of her thoughts, that is why the she chose to use the card which mostly men never refuses, yes being physical, she was beautiful and why would Feedi reject her? Isn't that a valid question though? Well, I know that he would still refuse her advances had he not been in love with someone else, he has always been a man of honor, a man of right values. The bets moment was the way he puts her scarf back on her and just leaves the room, it was depiction of how suffocated he indeed was, he was already suffocated there as he mentions, but that entire incident increased his suffocation, leading to him staying outside the entire night. And, uff that silent tears and not being able to look at her while she left, he felt the torture as he was going through a similar situation too, it always hurts to see someone being hurt because of you, no matter what but it does. And I completely agree with him, kami Sajal mein nahi, indeed Feedi himself is flawed, as he stated, sajal is beautiful and men would die for her, but he cannot be that man anymore.
Feedi-Dilwar, well the tables are set for future, yes Dilawar will probably kill Feedi, as referred by Farhad himself, he will forgive Dilwara if he ever shoots him, and Feedi's words kept ringing my ears, I rewinded and watched that scene again just to ensure the emphasis was too heavy on that part. Namak halali aur dosti if compared, then Dilawar chose dosti today, but he will not have a choice in future. I cannot imagine the sight if Dilwar has to shoot Feedi to his death I hope the writer does not show this much cursed life for someone. I also liked how Dilwar was honest and he revealed to Feedi that he overheard Fakeera's conversation with him, that shows the absolute honesty he has, and it is unbelievable now if he has to kill Feedi in future.
Last but not the least, Mahi, ohh Mahi, how will you protect your heart which screams of someone you cannot even name in fear. So, all this time when Feedi was hitting his head on the fact that he felt Mahi's attraction for him, wasn't wrong at all? It indeed was there, it was always there, the moment she saw him near the Hamar, the way she gazed at him from the balcony, everything she did with him in Lahore left a mark, which she wants to erase because she is not the same Mahi whom Feedi has loved? Mahi herself is agreeing to the fact that she would be with him had she been the Mahi whom he has loved, I had a limp in my throat when she said that 'woh jis Mahi ke peeche aya hai, main woh nahi hoo', she validated his love, because he indeed fell for the Mahi she always wanted to be. And the best moment was Mahi and Sahiba's eyes meeting, Mahi stopping Sahiba as soon as sahiba was going to utter the word that would have shattered Mahi, isn't it true that only a woman can see through a woman's plight, Sahiba knew that Mahi's voice has changed, her eyes has changed, she did not fear that she would be in trouble, but she feared that Farhad would dive into darkness and never come back, she wanted to save him and only him. Brilliant acting by Iqra, I felt so bad for Mahi that I am not ready to see her breakdown post she 'insults' Feedi next week.
The irony of fate is unpredictable, Feedi always wanted to be loved by Mahi and he had seen it in her, but the day she will lose her heart to him, he will believe that she has never loved him but only used him. Next week will be heart breaking, the library scene, Mahi's stone cold face and Feedi accepting the 'truth'. Damn, and both of them were wearing black ❤️. Also, special mention to the malang dance of the saint in the shrine, I had goosebumps, the moment Feedi said Chandi ki deewar todna zyada mushkil hota hai and the parallels of that dance, it all indicated that his words were being driven as a wind that will blow away and shatter everything around, that sequence was powerful. The actor did very well, I do not know his name, but fabulous piece of work.
