I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my father a month ago to covid after weeeks in the hospital. You move on with your life eventually but you always have a big fat void in your heart. Like someone shot you in the chest

So sorry for your loss. Life moves on but the void created by a parent’s absence remains forever. Hope you will eventually find the strength to cope up with it.
