It took a lot of guts on her part to bare her soul to him like that.

Things did escalate but the ending was king of cold and calculated. He didn't put himself in it at all. To be fair, he did warn her about that. He is not emotionally ready.

He is still feeling guilty that he is betraying Surbhi, even though she has been gone. He still has to accept that its not betrayal. He is not cheating her or insulting her. She is not there and its OK to move on.

The fact that he put the picture away speaks a lot. A little part of him is accepting the change.

She asked for a job and he gave her one. Its a good move. She needs to have something to do.

These mob families are so old fashioned. They can't even allow women to work? Maybe its safety concerns too at some level.
