I dont think its a simple matter of lacking common sense. Its a matter of politicians being pure evil and power hungry - regardless of which party they belong too.

Sonu Nigam is one of the few, who call a spade a spade. Being a Hindu means in spite of being a Hindu, he doesn't mind calling it out. How many artists from the other community, would do the same if it was vice versa. I can't think of a single one.

I still remember him speaking against the Loudspeakers and Azaan and the backlash he received. Well, anyone else in his place would refrain from speaking or commenting on any religion.

Anyways late but still the PM has called it off or rather requested them to stop. I agree the damage is already done, hopefully, some lives are still saved.

Neither Kumbh nor Jamat should have been allowed. Recently there was a protest march calling out for law against blasphemy by radical Islamist even that shouldn't have happened.Then we have had political parties conducting rallies that includes everyone from Modi to Rahul to Mamta. Here no one religion or side is a victim. They are all using and abusing each other to justify themselves. It's sad that people find a way to abuse one side and defend other side using this age old formula of "tu kar sakta hai toh mai kyu nahi".. All of them are acting like spoilt kindergarten kids.

If I was ever in power. I will make sure to ban all extremist religions. South Asia is plagued with extremists of all sorts. This is why it is the most backward place in the world.

India has so much potential to improve, Indians are doing amazing things outside of India, yet Indians in India always disappoint with their backwardness. Sometimes I think Indians were better off being colonized by the British, atleast Indians were more secular under British and more educated. Now the whole country has become a circus. It feels like Indians are competing with Pakistanis to see who is more backwards

So you are saying extremist religious idiots are better to rule India? You are part of the problem

British might have taken a lot from India, but they were better then these extremists ruling the country. For 70 years Indians have been proven incapable of ruling the country, how long do you need to prove yourself? Admit it you have failed miserably. The whole country has become a joke.

Religion is the cause of this and so many other big events in India. You must be a fool to think otherwise. In India and in South Asia religion is one of the biggest problems. All the secular world is enjoying life, while Indians and South Asians are stuck in dark ages
