2 possibilities/circumstances under which this marriage can happen :

1. The only way he can think of getting back at Pallavi, after Keerthi scandal and arrest is make an MMS of Pallavi. Remember, he still believes she was the one behind his MMS too... So he might be like bohot hua mein batata hu MMS kese banate hain lol so he tricks her and makes an MMS. BUT the catch is that he doesnt upload it or share it anywhere. He only uses it to blackmail Pallavi .. Give up this challenge, leave Hyderabad or else I will release this MMS in media.. Pallavi agrees to leave Hyderabad but that MMS clip somehow is accessed by BWA and she makes it public. All hell breaks loose.. Pallavi gets furious at Raghav, baba kicks Pallavi out.. Raghav takes out his frustration on Pallavi when she doesnt believe him this time and then amma steps in and says that the only way this mess can be rectified is if Raghav marries Pallavi.

2. Raghav blackmails Pallavi into marrying him after shooting the MMS .. because he wants to cut her off her lifeline, her family the way he thinks she has always pushed his amma away from him..
