Bikaner mein Udaipur city ke comparism mein kaafi kam active cases hai. In Udaipur its 2046+ but in Bikaner its 400+ so issliye ye log Bikaner jaa rahe hai. By the way i am okay with Bikaner its a beautiful and popular place too.
