So , take out your notes and write everything you wrote in the update in points .

And start afresh , it will come out better this time .

Always write up your chapters on Google docs. It automatically saves the work so you don't even have to worry about losing something by accident. And then copy and paste it to IF. You will have to do some manual formatting like italics, bolding, spacing etc. but at least you'll have your work. 🤷🏽‍♀️

It is happening to me too, while writing keep saving in draft or if you finish writing it select all and copy it in the clipboard. I do like this only. It is so difficult to type everything all over again
