I don't think pregnancy is a valid reason for bail I mean there so many incarcerated women who give birth in prison...prisons are well equipped with infirmaries for the inmates...they don't need a pregnancy track for it..

Also Kallu is a first time offender with close ties to law enforcement, with her previous status of being the Ex-DM...so no judge will remand her when requested for a bail...she can easily be released on her own recognizance...
