Looks like they are finally taking our suggestions from this forum. I know the bhajan-centric episode is because it is Ram Navmi, but at least one of our wishes is coming true. Let's hope they introduce disco, ghazal, sufi, classical specials too, like we've been discussing.

I'll watch the Ram Navmi special due to my deep attachment with bhajans, and the fact that everyone is singing new songs (that haven't been sung on Indian Idol). How I wish there could've been a Janmashtami episode where we heard Krishna bhajans....

Also, couldn't they have invited a guest like Anup Jalota or Anuradha Paudwal who actually sing bhajans? Why Baba Ramdev? Either bring in someone music-related or don't bring in anyone at all, JMO.

Nevertheless, something is better than nothing...
