Hey guys!

Was going through the other thread about shooting stopped...

I just want to say can we all please stay positive in this situation.
I know and understand the frustration but to be very honest this was coming.....

with the way the cases are rising and everyone is getting infected it was important to break it first.

GHKKPM is quite popular in terms of TRP... the channel will not shut it down...

last year during the lockdown no STAR PLUS show was abruptly shut down.

Also, the production house has gone through a similar situation on a larger scale before with CS last year..

The producers would’ve known about this before the announcement since they consulted them as well on this “curfew”.

They probably have a bank of episodes till starting of next week.

The other thing is since it is IPL Star will want to keep people engaged so they will come out with a strategy.

If this 15 day strict curfew is followed by everyone strictly they will reopen on May 1 as promised because the question is also on the economy, Maharashtra being the state which contributes the most.

They cannot afford to keep extending this strict curfew for the next many months as it will rupture the economy that is why the step is being taken now so that they can quickly break the chain of this virus...

They understand the implications of their action but it is needed at this hour.

As for keeping the viewers entertained they will come up with a strategy 100% sure!

They still have today till 8pm!

All I’m saying is

Let’s be positive and pray for the safety of those affected as well as for this period to end... time has been flying these days! It’s already mid april... before we realise it we will be in May!

I will try and write more stories and make GIPHS of old episodes once they run out of their bank!

They have handled this before and they will handle it again this time!

They’ll be back with a bang!


Just be positive and wait for the official announcements by either the channel or CINTAA and FWICE! They know better than us about the industry!

In good news television was one the first industries to reopen last year in June once the lockdown was being lifted in phases!!

We got through 15 days without Neil during the Pulkit kidnapping episodes, we'll get through these 15 👍🏼

I am not afraid of the show going off air. After all it garners 2.5 - 3.0+ TRPs.

But I am worried this lockdown will have an impact on the show TRPs after the lockdown.

1. They butchered Virat's character so much that viewers are pissed at him and many have even stopped watching I am sure.
2. IPL is going on so people would rather watch that than a show that was ruined before the lockdown. Who knows how many will lose interest. Sab na thode hum jaise pagal hai. 🤣
3. If they stop with Sai leaving for GC and Virat not even getting a hint that she is innocent then the negativity will only increase. I am already away from Twitter since two days and today I hardly visited the forum because of the negativity here too.

Ironically it's very funny. I kind of want the impact to happen so that the makers and writers learn from their mistakes. 🤣

So true... Serial ka Kya hai yaar, lives are important... But only reason I want serial to go on is because it is also livelihood of thousands of families... So I really wish they open them as soon as possible... But at the same let's all pray for those who are effected by covid and who are effecting by hunger... I hope we come out of this situation together... Plz be safe and help as much as possible.❤️❤️❤️

So true! The FWICE and IFTPC are worried about the same ans are working on a plan that will take care of both health and supporting the workers!

Regarding toxicity, all I want to say is it has nothing to do with the story. It's something else. I will stop at this because I don't want to turn this thread into a negative one.

Having said all that shows like kumkum bhagya, kundali bhagya has survived the lockdown so our show will also. Everything depends on the TrP aunties and trp aunties only care about the show nothing else.
