Gayu, I agree with you. Basically this new Commissioner believes that wrong methods for wrong people is fine, so torture to extract truth from criminals is fine. Malhar believes in upholding the law, no exceptions. Commissioner believe Kalyani is like her and Malhar disagrees.

Sunita I feel is part of drug gang and is trapping Kalyani. She is purposefully making it look like she is abused. I feel as you said this man is not her husband, but an innocent.
