nothing new actually. the girls have decided to open their own shop. Agni and pramod still being obsessed with lover and hopeless lover. Garima has a new plan which no one knows about. the neighbours have started taunting the ruhails. more orthodox mentality. I guess the change is agni has mistaken Pramod for getting married to Susheela as him getting married to Garima. and apparently, it's not enough for him to back teh hell of it. instead its "main yeh shadi nahi hone de saktha"

I haven't watched operation mbbs yet. HHHAAHAHAHHA procrastinating as so much.
