No he doesnt. But he doesnt love Sai either.. Not as of now.

Right now he is fooling Kaku's words and anyone who supports Sai or talks logic in Sai's favour, he will shut them with any random reason...like he shut Aai , Usha Maushi, SHivani and Mohit.
