He uses metaphors but that's the only language that gets Shaurya's blood circling in the right direction and brain cells functioning that he takes the right steps and actions. It may be unintentional on his part (with regards to Anokhi) - but he understands Shaurya well. Like he said as a police officer he needs to be mentally capable to take on goons and spoilt brats...
