I know some people feel that Neil should not be accountable for Aishwarya’s behaviour. But think of of this way. Had they been professionals in a corporate job, would you think their behaviour would be acceptable by the any company’s HR? Both their behaviour would be considered inappropriate, even Neil’s.. Not only they’d be fired, they’d probably be blacklisted by some companies too because they take these matter seriously. This is because they’re in a workplace relationship, so would be held equally accountable for any mess either of them makes. So why are they being considered anything other than professionals? Not just them, but the behaviour of some other cast members would be considered quite inappropriate too, specially name calling part. No colleague deserves that. Despite being however good of friends in a workplace, there’s a certain decorum one has to maintain. So that’s just something to think about.
Now coming to the question of posting the picture, should Neil not have a say in what she posts about them because he’s also in the picture? Ideally speaking she needs his consent too to post any picture of them together. Since it’s obvious he never objected, from the entire fiasco it can be inferred that she had his consent in whatever she did. Doesn’t it make him an accomplice to the entire fiasco and he should be held accountable for it too. While I agree that Neil should not have any control over what she does as an individual but shouldn’t he be able to object to situations which involve both of them?
Again I feel that calling them out for their behaviour would be the PHs job and not the fans but the way they behave, in a professional world that’s not how people operate. From what I have heard, the cast of Anupama does a commendable job at it. I came across some of their BTS and it seemed the entire cast was very warm, cordial and respectful towards one other. Things might be completely different on set than what they project. I don’t claim to know all that goes on BTS. But that’s what professionalism in showbiz is all about, at least off screen.
However, no where does it mean that I want him to be ousted out of the show. For me Neil and Ayesha are what makes Sairat magical and cannot accept anyone else as Virat apart from him. They’re the reason we all watch the show.
All I’m doing here is talking about Neil’s accountability in whole situation and presenting my point of view which might not be correct and I welcome to hear your opinions & POVs. I’m just not in favour of people putting the entire blame on Aish. Also, I’m just looking at this situation in a more professional-oriented manner. My goal wasn’t to offend anybody. Sorry if I did!
