Virat can’t technically arrest Pulkit as they’re already married. When you have your spouse then you don’t need guardian’s permission for anything. Pulkit and Devyani got married when Devyani was mentally stable, and now that she’s mentally unstable, her spouse is liable for everything. It is Pulkit who can press charges against the Chavans.
