I think Kalyani does have complications. I don't think that's a lie. But complications doesn't mean that you can't conceive, it just might be harder.

Pills were making it near impossible. Meds + complications means chances are very, very less.

Yes the complications may be real too.

I just thought because Atharv knew of AnuSar's plans and advise to kalma starting a family, he could have bribed the doc too..

And he knows of Kallu's ivf and complications at that time. It would have been easy for him to tell the doc.
