i think a possibility is that, alia wud be told that one of her child died n child given to sarang saying alia dosent want to keep his child. but why would anyone do that. maybe alias father would be blackmailed by sarangs father that he will reveal that they both had plotted together.

Not really a fan of the route this story has taken. The kids are probably cute, but the essence seems to have gone.

Alia doesn't own DDS- she's a worker there, and the person owning it rebukes her when she objects to a meeting being revised saying it interferes with the time her kid would come home. Owner says she's the reason folks don't hire working mothers.

Alia travels in an auto

Alia tells Sunita she is short on money and can't afford extra expenses

Alia hasn't paid the electricity bill for her house (although this looks like an oversight on her part, and not due to poverty)

Alia's kid hides from bullies. Sarang's kid openly takes on bullies and has grown up with Kumkum's son.

Sarang appears to have made it as a writer- his publisher seems to suggest there's lot of buzz in the market.
