He is not even changing his reactions.. i couldn't see that anger out of concern for Pallavi,, his anger is purely his dislike and Pallavi going against his rules and expectations... he is not worried if Pallavi ends up with Raghav (who is not good acc to him) her life will be ruined..

if that report says positive then pallu will shatter for while but she should not bend down as in take stand for her and question the report but that girl don't have this much of brain to use....she will only mess with raghu and further drama toh we know
