Is marrying a mentally unstable girl without consent of her parents legal in our country? If Virat's family challenges Pulkit and Devyani marriage in court won't he be punished for kidnapping ?

I think it's illegal. And the marriage can be annuled if it's proven that Devyani is mentally unstable. Furthermore sai can land up in jail for enabling such marriage without the consent of the guardians.

It's totally illegal. Devi's marriage will be annuled as Indian Law talks about marriage in full sense and sound. And Sai and Pulkit may land up in jail for forcefully marrying Devi off.

It's illegal but it doesn't matter as they are already married and makkad sena has done more illegal thinga than this by giving up someone's child without their knowledge, by beating Devkit and kidnapping pulkit and kaku is also giving Devyani god knows what meds. If Pulkit had proof of his marriage with Devyani then why didn’t he show the marriage certificate to Virat to prove there is no Sangeetha Deshpande . He doesn’t have any proof of his first marriage and this marriage is null and void as per Indian law .
