Yes I add Lemon slices because it even out the salts and all other spices and gives taste to biryani and not only mee jitne dhabe pe Biryani Banti hai Woh sab bhi lemon slices add krte jai😳

Anyways I have had somewhere where the lemon slices felt too much out of order...worst experience ever

Maybe I might try somewhere else...to see how lemon slices might taste

My chef teacher taught me to add some slices that's why I always prefer some slices ☺️
