There is kanchan but she is his sister in law, in the og badi MA bade papa has a nalayak beta who married shromona (she is ideal sabherwal bahu, belongs to poor family, not career oriented) but left her and lives in with his gf in London

So badi MA bade papa fulfill all their dreams through ml giving him guilt trip reminding him their ehsaan of bringing him up from childhood every now and then

In the og shromona and shankha has a cordial relationship and he shares things with her but she is not the love guru like kanchan, she doesn't interfere in his business and she doesn't push him to do something about his feelings or pull his legs regarding his love life, but nonetheless she supports him everytime because only her and the aunt are the only supporter of him and his well-being
