Well the very early Anokhi did understand him randomly and identified pain in his eyes. I don't know if this Anokhi will but first let him understand himself and let him apologize and then she can make efforts to understand. Though I can't imagine how she is supposed to figure out that he is upset because she is letting the ACP come close to her 🤣
