Because I have a fetish for fingers. It’s the first thing I look at when looking at a person. Ugly fingers/nails are a deal breaker for me 😆

coming back to the thread, i think Sonu puts in a lot of riyaaz. These guys dont get to be good just like that.

😆 Perhaps he does. Singers may be blessed with good voices but all voices need some kind of training to establish/maintain the “sur”. I run out of breath just singing the happy birthday song 🤣

For a moment I though it was Rahat Fateh Ali Khan who was singing. He is quite a versatile singer, Sonu Nigam.

It wasnt Sonu 😆

It is obvious TS is a die-hard fan of Sonu Nigam and gets carried away quite a few times but what he is saying is correct to a large extent.

I love Kishore Kumar's voice and at one point my music library had more KK songs than even Lata Mangeshkar, another singer I admire greatly but it would be delusional of anybody to say that KK is a better singer than Rafi because he is not, even KK would not have said that.

Sonu Nigam is one of the most exceptional singer in the last 20 odd years. His singing talent is peerless, maybe Shankar Mahadevan comes close but then he does not sing as mush as Sonu Nigam so we don't know if he is as versatile as Sonu Nigam.

As far as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is concerned he won't ever be as good as Sonu Nigam is. That does not mean his songs are bad or he is a bad singer, it's just that Sonu Nigam's singing abilities are simple out of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's reach or league.
