Part-20

Though she was successful in hiding her tears..still that pain & hurt which her heart was feeling, wasnt in her control.

She was helpless..didnt knew how to ease that pain..how to console her heart..which used to cry & complain about his indifference!

She had cried whole day and even whole night! But somewhere, her heart tried to reason that he was already so upset on something and she was also teasing him..so it wasnt his fault entirely. There was a hope that everything will be fine.

She had expected him to talk to her the next day.. But he wasnt even looking at her! She waited..& waited..hoping that he will come to her..but it seems that he didnt care!

It continued for 3days! Whole 3days he didnt talked to her. That was the first time, that any of their fight had last this long. Each moment of those 3days was painful for her.

It was hard for her to hide her emotions, each time she saw him..she felt choked, helpless..she wanted to talk to him & asked him the reason for his behaviour..his indifference towards her. She even tried ..but he wasnt even ready to look at her..he was avoiding her. She felt miserable..she didnt even know, what was her fault??

Though she really wished to talk to him..but she cant force him for that..when he wasnt interested!

She tried to distract herself from him & his thoughts..which was not a easy task..still she tried..she really did!

It was time for Economics class & their teacher was on leave..so some other teacher came in the class and asked them to do their assignments.. while the teacher got busy in his own work.

Few students started doing their work..while few were busy..chatting with their friends.

She thought to complete her computer assignment which she had to submit after two days.

Seeing that computer book..she remembered how he had completed her assignment & had brought her fav chocolates to monify her. That memory brought a smile on her lips. For a moment, she forgot about his behaviour..she forgot that he wasnt talking to her..and she turned to look at him.

He was already looking at her!

When their eyes met..he smiled at her sweetly..probably returning her smile which was still there on her lips!

She didnt knew how to react?? Should she feel happy that he returned her smile?? OR she should be angry that he behaved rudely with her & had ignored her all this time??

She turned away and started doing her assignment. After few minutes..she again looked at him..he was still looking at her...may be wanting to say something..but she looked away immediately. She tried to ignore..but couldnt!

Then she noticed that he was mimiking her actions! Whatever she was doing...he was doing exactly the same!

If she put the pen in her mouth while thinking some points..he did the same..pretending to think seriously. And when she saw that..she pulled it back...again he copied her! If she tried to write..he would too pretend to write.

Then She thought to read something instead of writing. She took out her notes to read.. He too took his textbook and started reading. All the while there was a teasing smile..playing on his lips.

She was getting irritated by his mimiking...but she couldnt deny the excitement & happiness which was there in her heart..on seeing his mischief & naughty self..after a long time.

Nothing else mattered to her at that moment..except the fact..that he wasnt ignoring her anymore..that she was getting her friend back!

His antics were amusing & funny.. She had to try hard to stop her smile... But eventually.. She did smile!

after 3 days ignorance form maan hurt geet very much n now he is mimicking her

poor geet dint know how to react on this , one side feel happy getting his attention back but other side wants to ignore him as he does to her

it is true geet feels she getting her friend back or it is just the other way

Geet hurt with his ignorance but fr maan its only teasing his friend hope maan can understand geet feelings

She wanted to ask him that why he was doing that to her?..why he was hurting her like that?..what had she done that he was angry with her? But she couldnt!

He never mentioned anything about that ..as if nothing had happened! So why should she show him that it had affected her? She didnt wanted to show her weak side to him. She didnt wanted to let him know about the effect he had on her. She didnt had any proper reason for it..but she knew just one thing that whatever may be..she wont show her feelings to him! She didnt knew about him that if he feels for her or not? So, somewhere she was scared & insecure..thats why didnt wanted him or anyone else to know anything! Thats why she always tried to keep her feelings to herself only!

His indifference used to hurt her a lot...but she never questioned him because she didnt wanted to be appear weak in front of him or gave any idea about her feelings for him. She left it on him to decide that if he wanted to talk to her or not!

It was getting more confusing for her now. She didnt know when his mood will change & he will fight with her..or just simply stop taking to her..leaving her to wonder..why?

She couldnt do anything..but cry silently! His behaviour was so confusing. One moment it felt that he too liked her...but in next moment it seems that he didnt even willing to talk with her!

This uncertainty of his behaviour and her own emotions were making her condition miserable & hurting her every moment. She wanted to shout at him for doing this to her..wanted to tell him that she was not a toy that he can play with, whenever wanted and then throw it when got bored. Her mind asked to avoid him.. But her heart was not letting her to do that!

It happened again!

Suddenly he stoped talking to her and as usual..she didnt had any clue as to why? What happened now? She smiled sadly. It didnt mattered..these questions didnt mattered anymore. She had become used to to this now. So she just ignored..and kept her distance with him.

After two days..one of his friend came saying that maan was asking for her notes! She didnt wanted to create any scene..she quietly gave the notes he had asked! But she didnt liked it at all! Why he brought the third person in between them? He could have asked directly! And he also knew that she could never have denied him..even when he wasnt talking to her!

When she saw him alone..she decided to ask him finally that what was his problem? She went to him and asked

,"tujhe notes chahiye the, toh tu khud bhi maang sakta tha na? Kisi aur ko kehne ki kya zarurat thi?"

he looked surprised with her sudden question..but then..

"agar tujhe problem hai..toh kyun diye? Mana karna tha na"

..that was his reply to her question! It was hurting her but this time.. She felt anger more than that hurt!

"i didnt mean that! Per tu khud bhi toh maang sakta tha na?"...she asked again keeping her clam.

But he was provoking her.

"take it..mujhe nahi chahiye tere notes.."

..he said, giving her notes back! His that attitude snapped her control and she shouted at him,

"whats ur problem maan? Maine tujhse thik se baat kar rahi hoon..aur tu mujhe attitude dikha raha hai??"

..he didnt replied, clearly showing that he doesnt care!
She was hurt...she was angry...and she was tired of his behaviour now.

"fine, nahi baat karna chahta na tu mujhse? Thik hai..even i dont want to talk to u anymore!"..she had had enough and she left!

Short but interesting!

Why is Maan behaving this way?

Geet feels for him but he doesn't reciprocate, neither does he feel about her the way she does for him!

Obviously, Geet realises this, but still keeps mum about her feelings.

Can't bear to watch Geet suffer silently.

Its time you made Maan realise something at least.
