If I consider anything to be a passion apart from writing, then it has to be making video mixes. I used to make them a lot circa 2007 since that's when YouTube didn't have a lot of restrictions when it came to copyright infringement materials. But once all the channels started filing out disclaimers and essentially putting an end to all video mixers' careers, so had mine. I still would make vids, but they wouldn't be as frequently as I used to back then.
Another major pain for me has been the software. I first learned video editing via Sony Vegas and it's the one product that I kept coming back to whenever I wanted to make something. But today I was just fed up with it. Too many crashes, errors, and its failure to simply start up pushed me into finding something else. I spent the entire day today learning DaVinci Resolve 17, and somehow managed to make the following vid. It didn't come out how I had initially imagined it. In my head there were are a lot more transitions, colorings and effects involved. However, since it is a new software that I learnt today, I think I managed to catch the essence of what I was trying to portray.
Now, this is a vid that I've wanted to make ever since this track first took place way back in January. I cannot stand the fact that Riddhima didn't leave Vansh. By not leaving him and not allowing them both to grow out of this highly toxic relationship, a very wrong message has been delivered.
So please, to anyone, ESPECIALLY to all you ladies out there, DO NOT give your abusers another chance. The more chances you keep giving them in the hopes that they would change, the more you are encouraging them. At the very first sign of abuse, GET YOURSELF OUT. No one is worth your life or self-respect. Especially not a man.
Agar zindagi mein meri koi bhi baat maani ho toh then please just let it be this.
