That's when MD stepped in to try and teach some Marathi words to ST. Usse pehle toh woh kuch general Marathi ka back and forth translation kar rahi thi with GM and bechaari ST beech mein was like yeh log kuch Marathi mein baat karte rehte hain aur mujhe samajh nahin aata😆

And yeah, then at one point he also taunted Sumbul ko Hindi bhi theek se nahin aati tumhein.....seriously koi mauka nahin chhodta taunt maarne ka.....both girls should give him back with interest😆

Her simplicity really touches my heart.....koi shoshebaazi mein interest hi nahin isko....bag bhi itna basic sa....like literally bare minimum stuff she has in there too....her full focus as she said is on khaana peena only isliye so much Hajmola😆.....but it really was cute kaise usne aaraam se dikhaa bhi diya.

Iska bag dekh ke Anika ke bag ki yaad aa gayi jiske andar se ajeeb ajeeb cheezein nikalti thi....iske bag mein se random rabri ka packet nikal raha tha that she was excited to eat after discovering it😆.

And that was so sweet that she has her dad's picture in her wallet :).....baaki isko wallet didn't even feel like an essential thing in her bag cuz woh khaali hi rehti hai....hahahaha

The diary shows that she is also a thinker....poetry and writing ka shauk lagta hai.

All this makes me more curious to know her approach to acting too.....especially her mention of looking up to Rasika Duggal who is not a mainstream actress....most FLs usually pick someone mainstream to gush over......but aaj tak kisi IV-er ne dhang ke acting approach related questions puchhe hi nahin Sumbul ko.....girl is so talented and no one wants to ask her how she approaches her work....smh😆

I think iski yeh natural personality saves her from PR world ka crap for now.....hope it sustains......she doesn't seem to feel any pressure to become someone she's not....atleast not yet....and I hope that continues *touchwood*

Word about rasika that was the most woah am impressed moment for me these IVers will never ask caz inko yeh faltu baaton se fursat mile toh poochein na inke toh BTS SJ bhi nahi daalta ke thoda sa idea hi lag jaaye.. I wish they would though caz that is what gave us more Insight into shivika ka work process too

Gashmeer Mahajani talks about his character of Aditya getting all the more complex in the Star Plus show Imlie.

Gashmeer Mahajani, popularly known as Aditya Kumar Tripathi of Star Plus’ popular show Imlie (Gul Khan’s 4 Lions Films) is happy that his character is now getting all the more complex.

As per the storyline, Aditya who is married to Malini has all of a sudden realized the importance of Imlie in his life. He has been chasing her even when he feels it is better if Imlie gets out of his life and house.

Says Gashmeer, “I think the pivotal point in the story is all set to come. Aditya is getting very complex which is bringing out his realistic side too. He is into the journey from denial to finally accept what he wants in his life. A lot of layers have been added into the character now. If you have seen, he has gone to Pagadandiya to sort things out, when there was absolutely no need to go there. If he really felt that he wanted to get away from the girl and live happily with Malini, he would have just left it at that and would have never bothered to think about the girl. I have been getting appreciated for this layered performance that I have slowly put into the character now.”

“I am enjoying the character more now as it has become too complex,” Gashmeer adds.

Imlie completed 100 episodes recently and Gashmeer is happy about this milestone. However, Gashmeer feels that “The real celebration will happen when the show is taken to the Number 1 position, and when the show is made a benchmark with respect to its presentation, scripting, story etc. The show is in the real space, even while being commercially viable. The day we achieve this, will call for the biggest party. Our focus is on the bigger goal.”

Talking more about these layers in Aditya, the actor states, “What makes Aditya real and relatable is his imperfections. Even as an actor, my motive is not to make Aditya a God. I don’t want people to worship Aditya for being such a white character, a straight-arrow etc. He is a real guy with imperfections. He will have to go through the journey of realization, and take the right steps from thereon. Yes, many hearts will break in the process. But that’s when Aditya’s life will get sorted, and so will the other people who are linked to Aditya.”

Gashmeer also states that there will soon be a sympathy wave rising up for Malini. “Yes, it has to, because she has never been in the wrong. Malini is a one-dimensional character, and that she has chosen a person for herself and that his feelings for her are real. However, Aditya is in the phase of life wherein he has developed certain feelings that are not in his hands. Aditya has created a relationship with Malini, but whatever is happening between him and Imlie is not in anyone’s hands. Obviously, a sympathy wave has to be generated for Malini, there is no doubt about it.”

Gashmeer also points out that, “The imperfections in Aditya are in a way being liked by viewers. It hits them directly in their hearts. I am enjoying this phase and will look forward to playing the complexities in the character as it goes on.”

Intresting! I eso like Aditya koi God nahi hai lol wala answer and that usko real rakhna is the goal.

Aap sahi pakde hain.....forum mein logon ke sar ke upar se gaya as usual😆....freakout going on over supposed "sympathy wave" for Malini....lol

Mujhe toh nahin lag raha koi sympathy feel hoga.....unless they mean to say that Adi's usual outbursts at Malini are supposed to make us feel sorry for her....but I've mostly become immune to that also now given how brainlessly and childishly she's been behaving with guilt tripping everyone.

Adi and Imlie are the only main layered characters in the story right now....with Adi ofcourse being the most complex.....there is potential to build something really interesting in their journey but let's see if they manage to live up to the potential😆
