CHAPTER 35

"do you want to take jodha and myra away from me jalal?!?!?" asked Raj firmly, staring intently at jalal.

"ehm ... dad ... this is the beginning of a new chapter of my household life with jodha, I want to build a household in a real sense, in the sense of managing everything in our own household, I've decided to return all the facilities I received to dad & mom. I want to start all over again. " explained jalal.

"Jalal ... I know what you mean, but you know what I can give my daughter and grandchild?" asked Raj.

"I know dad... I realized with my decision this caused my wife and child will not get the luxury that you could give them. When I didn't know Jodha, I was a spoiled and useless child, but when I got to know Jodha I learned a lot about the meaning of life from her. Even if we live in poverty as long as we don't become parasites for other people, it is far more honorable than living in luxury, working by the sweat of one's brow. (Accomlishing something by your own hard work)"explained Jalal, who made everyone stunned. "Now I have become a husband as well as a father. It is my duty to make their life prosperous with the results of my hard work." explained Jalal, Jodha's eyes became teary hearing jalal, Humayun & Hamida smiled proudly at Jalal. "So please ... let me bring Jodha and myra to our house .."

"good .. !! BUT if you hurt my daughter and grandchild, I will not forgive you. I will take them back with me and will not let them with you again. UNDERSTAND !!!" said Raj firmly.

"I will not disappoint you dad..." Jodha could not hold back tears and was proud of her husband.

"When are you going to india?" asked Raj.

"after 2days." Raj can only nod his head slowly, he is feeling really sad because he has to be away from his beloved daughter and grandchild and Jodha know the sadness that her father is trying to cover up.

"Dad... may I come in." jodha asked permission when she met her dad in his office, Raj immediately wiped his tears because he didn't want jodha to find out that he was crying.

"come in beta... what's wrong?" asked Raj softly.

"dad what are you doing?" asked jodha as she approached raj.

"I was looking at the photos when you were little, look ... myra looked a lot like you when you were a baby. you are just beautiful." said Raj while admiring the photo of baby jodha.

"Dad..." jodha could not hold back her tears and hugged raj.

"What happen beta..? Why are you crying? You should be happy to be with your husband and daughter." said Raj and made jodha cry even more. "For a father who has a daughter one day he must be willing to leave his daughter behind to follow her husband. Even though it is hard for a father to let go of his beloved daughter, my blessing is always with you, beta... be happy ... with the people you love. form a family that is harmony that gives inner comfort to your husband and children. Dad is very grateful to God for making you as my daughter. I m very proud of you, beta.. "said Raj who was unable to hold back his tears anymore.

"I really love you dad ..." said Jodha in tears.

"Dad knows that... dad also loves you." they hugged each other in tears.

At night, Jodha was busy putting myra sleep, while Jalal was busy in front of his laptop, starting to work on a collaborative project with his in-laws company. Jalal had promised himself to be a responsible head of household, a loyal husband and a great father to his little princess. Jalal had to work hard for the welfare of his little family because he had decided to start from zero.

"It's already night jalal.. how long do you want to sit in front of the laptop?" asked jodha when she saw her husband was still busy with his work starting from this afternoon.

"yes ... soon sweetheart ... is our daughter already sleep?" Asked jalal while still staring at his laptop screen.

"Yes ... and you haven't give your daughter a goodnight kiss." said jodha who was getting a little annoyed that jalal didn't pay attention to her while she talking. Jalal immediately turned off his laptop and went to myra's room to kiss her.

"Sweet dream my angel. Dad loves you..." said Jalal softly while stroking myra's head.

"Sweetheart. I want to talk to you for a moment." Asked jalal when he came back from myra's room.

"Is there a problem." Said Jodha who just came out of the bathroom after changing clothes with sleepwear. For a moment jalal is stunned by the appearance of jodha.

"You want to talk to me or want to keep looking at me like that ?." jodha asked, braking jalal from his trance.

"sweetheart I'm so sorry ... I didn't tell you about we are going to india. I can explai.."

"I will go wherever you go my hubb6." says jodha cutting jalal's words.

"Even if we dont have this luxurious life?" asked jalal anxiously.

"You are my husband .. it is my duty as a wife to follow wherever my husband goes. I will not leave you just because you are not rich. I love you sincerely without conditions .." said Jodha softly, stroking jalal's cheek.

"Even though we might later live in a small house, maybe even my money is just enough to rent a house first instead of buying it. You don't mind?"

"Even if you live under the bridge, I will not leave you my husband. Now we have become one. One heart, One soul, we live for each other. I will always be by your side." said jodha sincerely.

"thanks sweetheart .. you are the jewel of my life, i love you." said jalal in tears of emotion and gratitude and hug jodha tightly.
