I was rubbing my eyes... we got a lame and some lacklustre writing yesterday. Today made up for it and I was like we got an uninterrupted scene of Adilie almost 10 minutes long.

Wow, Imlie was feeling so happy over her mission, helping BS with his patrakaari and all.. it was so beautiful and then he had to go and break her heart all over again.

The subtle flitting of expressions on IMli'e face was a treat to watch. I think she was ready to have an outburst like she did at PD during their SR. She controlled herself and spoke from her heart. She said the truths as she saw it. Aditya never understood her and has never made an attempt to understand her or her feelings.

The way he said what does she want in life, praised her intelligence, does want her to lead a life independent of him, marry a guy, have a partner in life. Imlie heard him out and stopped him from calling her just 'zimmedaari'. she is not that and never was, she is ever more determined or resolved to stand on her 2 feet, with no help from BS. She does not want his support, just an acknowledgement of their rishta, which is legit in her eyes. He got irritated with her logic and then wanted to dismiss their discussion. Can't just throw a bombshell at her and then expect to take it on the chin, forget it and things resume the way it was.. Again the word complicated.. and simple... we are going to hear more and more of that from BS.

She stopped him from saying that caz zimmedaari kaise jab koi rosbta hi nahi hai.. zimmedari bhi kisi bind ke saath hi aati hai it legit means sense of responsibility and when he feels ke imlie koi bhi nahi hai kuch bhi nahi hai toh zimmedaari kaisi.. it struck her with the contrast between no rishta and zimmedari caz zimmadari makes it a rishta so she stopped him from naming it that too

I think Adi questioned her on why she is not wearing sindoor, since she believes in it and all that, the utter gall of the man to question her on her beliefs.

The way Imlie withdrew into herself, held herself aloof, not reaching out to support by holding onto Adi during the bike ride... ah... it was so well done.. Adi feeling guilt or that he has said something to hurt Imli.. we have seen Adi introspecting more than ever before. She gave up on sindoor to keep Adi safe. She made him promise that he would come to find her if she were to ever leave the household.

Poor thing, even understood how he felt seeing her everyday in his house. His house is going to be empty and silent... and he is going to be a garma garam tawa, with anger blazing from his eyes.

The girl who has never taken anything that did not belong to her, is not going to begin now. Yet when they entered the house, their steps were in sync, foreshadowing their future together.

There will come a time, when Adi will yell that she is Imli Aditya Kumar Tripathi, she is his WIFE. such a lovely analogy of RAdha, Rukmani, Meera, who were devoted to Lord Krishna, their entire lives.

As for the MUn scene, it was the expected blah blah,...promises made...

As for the Bunty bhaiya... well he is out for Adi's blood and Adi is kidnapped. waise when Adi was praising Imli, it was his WIFE... lol trust Imli to yet again to her BS rescue. She should leave him and chart her own destiny, away from him and Anu's vitriol.

I look forward to the fight scene tomorrow.. and what comes next.

Adi ki pitaayi dekh ke kaleje ko tandak milega kal 😆. Bechari imliya ko itna rulaaya. When the truth of his first marriage comes out, i want his family and mun to hold him fully accountable for putting poor imlie through all this. Hoping they redeem mun at that point. She should be the one to bring adilie together. Dev ko bhi accountable hold karna he sabko. Pathi aur baap dono ki waat lagna jaroori hai.

For me, Adi & Imlie’s fundamentally different criteria on what constitutes a valid relationship/marriage is a great premise. Adi thinks a valid marriage has to be legally certified, whereas Imli thinks it is sacred by virtue of the fact that it happened. Its no coincidence then that he treats what he considers his real marriage as a formality. It’s not just Imli who is a responsibility for him. I think he considers Malini a responsibility too...but he gives more credence to his marriage with her because he thinks it is ‘legal’.

Honestly, I think Adi considers everything in his life a responsibility/obligation apart from his work. That’s why he clings on to it so much, it is the only thing that gives meaning to his life. It’s also the only thing that he treats with pure idealism, and not rationalism.

His fundamental differences with Imli on what constitutes the basis of a relationship could be the start of a great premise. Imli will teach him that real relationships are more than give and take, legal certifications and hollow promises/declarations. Real relationships are sacred.

Thank you, Krantikari ji😆

Very well said about what constitutes the fundamental premise of Adi-Imlie's equation and why it holds promise to grow into an interesting journey.....Adi is mostly living a hollow existence because he leads his whole life like an obligation....it is only with Imlie that he has learnt to unburden in some moments, find joy in existence rather than just getting through it like an obligation. But a lot of this gets sidetracked by the writers ka determination to keep the whole two biwis pendulum swinging rather than meaningfully evolving both relationships through the path they are on.....that is when it gets tiresome.

But when the writing is on its usual levels like it was today, we all see the promise of what it can be given the interesting character viewpoints in this mix. We can only hope it lives up to the promise in the long run😆.

Have to say Imlie’s slow motion running with that choti flopping around was so beautifully shot. Udte baal sirf Aditya ke nahin hai iss show mein 😆

It did sound condensing no doubt but again it comes to perspective .. as you said one version is it makes it sounds like she is out to steal malini's pati and dusra him genuinely wishing that for her in the sense ke iska poora 100% no sharing no dealing with the constant heartbreak and pain of having but not having one really ca what is the use of the one she now has but can't claim him so in a way for me that reflected concern and genuine goodwill for her where he wanted her to experience that bind bina having to die everyday since he can't bring himself himself to accept it and thinks he won't be able able.give anything to imlie ever..

A few more bits I want to point out.....

When she says, "Ab hum aapko apne pairon pe khade hokar dikhaayenge....par hum jo karenge AKELE karenge"

Followed by, "Ab humre naam se kauno aur ka naam nahin jud sakta"

The implacable resolve in her in this scene was just awesome....

And then this bit.....lol look at Adi trying to make maasoom "Tum humein galat samajh rahi ho" face😆

And Imlie responding with a "Babusahib....aap kabhi humko nahin samajh paaye"

Waise this gadhaa....Imlie pretty explicitly told him multiple times that she will not stay in the house anymore and will leave and never show him her face again but it doesn't seem to have registered on him one bit😆

Wonderful bits 👏 by both sides adi was kaafi successful in his bechara faces too..

Rofl register ho jaata toh samosa na khareed raha hota 🤣 it is almost like he is trying to hard to block that possibility ke imlie seriously jaa bhi sakti hai by doing all that.. yeh denial is in his roam roam on various matters but esp imlie it is like yeh behre thay for that while even though he did fear that which is why he wanted to go back and apologize again..

Agree it came with the right intentions but words are just not words when you say them out loud. That is why people say think before you talk. And him being a journalist, he should know about it the most. Lekin problem yeh rahi hai ki woh samajtha hai ki Imlie understands me enough to know what that really means and that is presumptuous. AC ke talking points aa gaye isske muh se aaj. But I guess all this is needed for whatever redemption, if there is any, that is planned for him. So that he remembers these things and how brutal he has been every step of the way.

It might seems regressive to a modern woman but from Imlie point of view, it totally fits. Meera is not Krishna’s wife but her total devotion to him is still praised all around the world. For Imlie, this marriage is for life. Divorce is not something that she knows nor will she ever go that route because that is not her upbringing. Destiny ( Sita Maiyaa) has brought them together and going against it would be like going against Sita Maiyaa and she will never do that, not even for Aditya. SO even if Aditya does not believe her to be his wife or give her that status or accept her, she will always be devoted and loyal to him just like Meera and as per her Sita Maiyaa’s wish.

This is really not about ego, pride, self respect, love, care but it’s just a simple truth and that is she will always consider him to be her husband and he just needs to respect it.

Agreed he expects imlie to somehow get e ery intention and again it is intresting that he never bothers to explain unlike he does to.moon over and over.. again it reflects his haq ke jaise bhi bol doon imlie toh imlie hai and woh samjh legi so he doesn't put thought in forming sentences and using bhari words or making them sound less hurtful.. and yehi baat imlie ko sabse zyada chubhi caz of how it sounded and she went well ok then if this is it then am going Tata Tata bye caz you kinda have accused me now and an accusation isn't what am gonna take it no matter what

LOL this guy talks about how no one thinks like Imlie in this world....please also find me a person who is as successful at blocking out things staring him in the face like this namoona Babusahib😆....ladki ne atleast 5 baar bola isko scene mein ki main toh chali, mujhe rokna mat and this guy was like whatever....abhi is baare mein baat nahin karni aur🤣

Jokes apart, amazing what an emo Babusahib we got today tadpoing over wanting to ensure ki Imlie usko galat na samajh le, hurt na ho jaaye.....and apni Imliya was managing to convey her hurt even as she was telling him not to worry, woh sab samajh gayi😆

The "Humein rokne khaatir ya dhundne khatir mat aayiyega" bit

I'll be satisfied if it lives up to half the potential given its ITV.😆

I'd say that handling two biwis is a delicate balance, to say the least. Adi mahashay deserves some credit there.🤣

On a serious note, it would great to see Adi-Malini's relationship evolve into a trusting friendship and Adi-Imlie's relationship evolve into a soulful romance. Adi I think is a tsundere, Imli needs to uncover his full potential.😛
