Definitely seems like a Sampu and Kallu plan. And Athu is already taking advantage of it and making Mallu jealous. If he is convinced that Kallu is really Sampu, he will definitely use it to win the custody case and make Malhar jealous.

I feel this is will go down the Chandramukhi route. I think even the people that don't beleive in bhoot will never if they say she has a psychological issue.
