Akshay has done quite versatile roles & he has performed well in them. His action movies are awesome, I guess because he does his stunts on his own, so that's why they look good too 😊 his comedy movies too, the comedy act is on point 😆

Akshay's forte is Action.. An actual action where he performs and not Tiger Shroff style CGI/VFX bullshit. He's slightly above average in comedy, nobody said Raju was a star of Hera Pheri, it was Baburao (Rawal).

Other than these he's below average, just makes patriotic movies to stay relevant

No he isn't. SRK excels in romance and negative role but he is good on action and comedy. SRK has great screen presence and dances fair.

Akshay excels in action and comedy but is okay on romance. Akshay is handsome and dances very well

Compared to SRK , his screen presence is not so strong.

SRK is able to rise above the script which Akshay hasn't yet. This is something which Ajay has done.

Salman Khan is a stylized actor, average dancer but he has a magnetic pull from audience. He is different. He is always above the script.

Only people who believe Salman Khan is versatile are auto-rickshaw drivers of mumbai

I can guarantee that if you put Akshay and SRK in one screen, then Akshay will go kaput. That is exactly what happened in ‘Mast Kalandar’. SRK entered for one minute of the song and nobody even remembered that Akshay even existed.

Akshay is a great actor no doubt but strictly in comedy. In fact, he alone cannot carry these movies on his shoulder. Bhool Bhulaiya was fantastic because of Paresh Rawal and the Yashpal Pandey guy. The same thing can be said about Hera Pheri as well.

However, Akshay sucks in Romance. Period. He could never pull off a Raj from DDLJ, an Aman from KHNH or any romantic character that SRK has played. He does not have the charisma, screen presence or intensity that SRK displays onscreen. SRK was not only superb in Swades and Chak De. He was phenomenal in Dil Se, DDLJ, Pardes, Darr, Anjaam, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and etc. I even enjoyed him in Baadshah, which was more of a comedy film.

Point is. I can laugh/get entertained watching an Akshay movie but I’ll never feel connected to any of his characters - none of which are even iconic to me. SRK’s characters has made me feel more connected. I’ve cried, sighed, and day-dreamed over his movies more than any actor in Bollywood.

Akshay is good at comedy. But that's about it. He looks odd / out of place in romantic movies.

SRK might have lost his touch now, but SRK is anyday way better actor than Akshay.

SRK >> Akshay > Salman in my opinion.

SRK at his peak >> Akshay at his peak. Especially when its comes to versatility

Akki is better at SRK in comedy - his comic timing is impeccable. SRK is good at comedy too, but he is more effective when the comedy is dry and witty (KHNH) - he just cannot carry off slapstick stuff like Akshay which I think is the toughest comic act to perform with conviction

Dramatic, intense, realistic roles belong to SRK. Romantic roles akki lacks the charm. Larger than life roles I feel both are able to do justice because they both have an excellent on screen persona

Dance and romance mein SRK wins hands down

Action mein Akki has an edge, but no one can get beaten up like SRK. And getting beaten up is the key to a successful comeback action scene 😛 😛
