Ranveer recently did a chat with pc to promote her book and she called him one of the nicest people she knows and a true friend. Anushka and ranveer have interacted quite a few times over the years, they did dil dhadakne do and she even went to his wedding reception, and kareena has said nice things about ranveer and she is doing takht with him, ranveer even did a small segment on kareenas chat show

Even saif recently shot for a commercial with ranveer and virat warmly met ranveer at a cricket match, and nick seems to love ranveer, they have interacted a lot on social media, if ranveer did anything wrong to their wives I don’t think any of them would interact so warmly with him, it shows that ranveer is nice person.

Yes ranveer has said and done some things without really thinking how people will react, but it seems like he has learnt from those experiences and he has never done anything to intentionally offend or hurt anyone, I guess he thought saying some things would be funny and others would it funny but then then he realised it wasn’t, he looks at social media so he knows when he is being criticised for something

No one is saying he is a bad person.. Also in the industry everyone is cordial and you don't hold small things against someone. He is one of the biggest stars of his generation so it's obvious everyone is fine with him and it's not like he is being mean or disrespectful towards any of his colleague.. But that doesn't mean he hasn't said or done problematic things and has not made people uncomfortable in past.. Worst part is most of these Bollywood actors easily get away with such behaviour without even apologizing..Fans go out of their way to defend their fav's ignorant behaviour when the stars are so entitled that they don't even feel it's necessary to acknowledge their mistake. Definitely not the kind of energy you would expect from a gentleman.

Haven't ever seen as innocent face as Sunil's in the below video.

I think if any of those actresses had a problem with what ranveer said then they would have spoken to him about it, and the fact that they are all his friends shows that if they had any problems that they have sorted it and moved on, and he would have apologised to them directly, he isnt entitled to make a public apology for what he said to a particular person. People make mistakes, but its best to learn from them, and I think that's what ranveer has done. He has evolved through the years, initially he was very hyper and spoke alot of stuff without thinking, thats becuase he was new and he didn't know how to go about his way in the industry, even if he makes any recent mistakes many of his fans on social media tweet to him about it and alot of the times he does read the feedback and acknowledges it

Plus hardly any actor or actress makes public apologies, actors and actresses are constantly critiqued for things they say or do, alot of them dont say anything about it because they dont want to make it into a bigger deal or drag it on

Yes everyone is cordial with one another but ranveer is actually close friends with many actresses in the industry, if he was a sleazeball I dont think anyone would go near him, many actresses want to work with him and like him

I'm not sure on what basis you pegged Emraan Hashmi as a decent gentleman. He sounded full of himself and dismissive in the coffee episode with Mahesh Bhatt. But his contempt towards "mainstream" bollywood and all the award functions driven by lobbying and favoritism was understandable. I do like him as an actor though. He was a perfect fit for all those "bad boy" roles in Jannat and a whole lot of other movies.

From all the interviews I've watched of various actors, Abhishek Bachchan comes across as a gentleman to me .... let's care less how "successful" he has been in bollywood.

There is a difference between being a generally ethical and a gentleman.

In Bollywood, I'm going to take the former to mean someone who doesn't force himself on women or coerce them or cheat them. Yeah, standards are low, but we are talking about Bollywood.

A gentleman is by definition conscious of other people's reaction to circumstances. Within those terms, most mentioned here do not qualify. And yeah, arrogance and gentlemanliness are not mutually exclusive.

Abhishek Bachchan, SRK come to mind from what their costars have said. Ayushman Khurana is another.

Only in Bollywood.. That is why they are so entitled and ignorant. In West stars or even small influencers are always cancelled for littlest of things they might have said or done years ago ( I don't agree with this cancel culture though but to some level it's good) Not just RS but I can name so many other actor/ actresses who have gotten away with really insensitive behaviour and I am not talking about them not being politically correct but actual insensitive and offensive shit..( Acid attack survivor makeup challenge? Asking ur co star if she wants her ass pinched! Saying you felt like a raped woman after ur wrestling training? Saying being born in rich family is ur Karma, All lives matter? there is a lot more stuff like this these Btown celebs keep blabbering) What's the point of hailing them so much for smallest things when they are unapologetically problematic? .

She was visibly uncomfortable) His energy can be entertaining but I am sure it has made lot of people uncomfortable.. Him during entire Gully Boy promotions and I also can't understand how privileged he can be to get away without an apology from the stint he pulled at that live concert that was being held near a hospital and made an insensitive comment "murde zinda ho jayenge"..If likes of Khan's would have made that comment they would have been trolled so mercilessly.. Now I am not saying he is a bad person but surely not someone I will call a gentleman.

Wow I didn’t know thus but yikes when will people like Ranveer realise that passing comments that makes women uncomfortable isn’t “ entertaining “ or “ funny “

@bold that’s cos fans here don’t hold their favs accountable for the problematic shit they do ... the problem is fans here can over look anything and everything their favs do .. If this was Hollywood , Ranveer would have gotten cancelled long time ago ..

It’s frustrating seeing Indian fans never calling out these rich ass celebs and instead will defend their every action 🤢
