Whatever happened to the weird ghost track ? That would have been way better in terms of TRP than this horribly handled rape track. The show can do without these 2 characters and their story

show is trying to do too much ...focus on one or 2 tracks and do it well

You found the scene disgusting? I think that was what the makers of the show intended for you to feel. No one can do a rape scene tastefully. It would be more weird if the scene failed to invoke disgust, especially at the perpetrator.

Whether it was done for TRP or some societal message is for the makers to know. But I'd thank you to not moral police my opinions or question my level of desensitisation to anything. You are in no place to make any comments about that.
