better story line = more views = higher trp = more money = happy audience

And the moment, the actors see that their work isn't being appreciated anymore, they will lose the will to work aswell.

Exactly. That’s the bottom line to his behavior. In Baliya he was a bit more open for that reason. He didn’t have his social elites around him. His behavior in the party was so weird overall.
