Same feeling. People who have watched YHM have said this is almost an exact copy of that track where Shagun fakes her death and Kalyani pretends to be possessed by her ghost to trap Athu.

I'm not sure if that worked in YHM. But here I feel this plan will flop and custody will go to Athu and KalMa will have to fight to get Moksh back. Basically a redo of original Moksh custody track except this will be battle of fathers, not mothers. Also, I have a small feeling that Athu after getting Moksh's custody will ask Kalyani to marry him if she wants fi stay in Moksh's life. Let's see.

yhm mei it worked beacuse two ladies were not alone they had a strong support from ACP abhishek ishitas friends

she used to do supernatural things and all because this man used to arrange harness and all for her and handle such things

yeha pe we have no such help available

and if it is kallu with sampu we all know how far it will succeed

like sampu is not some one who can be trusted

yhm i think it was t catch the murderer or something entire police dept was there to help ishita and shagun

here unless malhar is involved i dont think kallu can do it to the extend what ishita did because 2 ladies alone and that too the second one being an untrustworty sampu i really dont know

so better it be samptharva plan than kallu samou plan which has high chance of failure as sasu di told

from whatever i remember

it was a murder mystery and ishita shagun was trying to protect themselves and their family at the same time find out the real murderer

basically police keliye help like kuch tha isliye dept help the

acp khud was the main helper and he used to do all the necessary setup to make it work including hologram graphics and harness and such things

yeha pe it is custody not murder mystery so palnning needs a solid help kallu sampu alone easy nahi he
