I think you are write, he did not want any argument plus think he did not want to have any conversation with her. I guess the eye lock was a reinforcement of the fact that Sai is a part of my life and will always be learn to deal with it. His mind was indeed on Sai.

Additionally, this is the first time I guess Virat and Sai have argued over Pakhi. So he needs to see what's happening around.

Yes exactly. I have been wondering about that eyelock too. I must say it was unnecessary especially after the argument the night before.

Thank you for your analysis Janki!

I was wondering what exactly are makers trying to communicate from last scene between virat and pp?

That eye lock, Virat’s hesitation, and response back to kaku?

I feel he was trying to make a point through the eyelock. When Ashwini gave the teacup to Virat saying its for Sai, Virat admitted (asserted) through this eyelock with Pakhi that I'm indeed taking this tea to Sai and you better accept it (result of Sai's spasht language - Virat has been forced to admit to himself that Pakhi is still hung up on him). Infact, at the start of the scene, when Bhavani asked Pakhi to give tea to Virat, he started to refuse...but kept quite since Pakhi had already picked up the teacup. He then asked for a second cup of tea (for Sai)- without guilt.

@Meghana, Jane: agree but don't you feel he was also trying to read PP's reaction. As Jane said, he didn't want the tea and he was actually beginning to refuse but when he saw PP following Kaku's command and bringing the cup, he took it. He could have just left with that one cup but he asked for another and PP gives him the surprised look: read: "Who else are you taking it for? For Tumhari Biwi?" He continues to watch PP's face -- she doesn't budge to get him the second cup-- until Ashwini brings it and says, 'Here for Sai'. That surprises PP even more... Virat watched her reaction before saying thank you and turning to leave. I think after the thunderbolt strike from Sai, at least he's going to contemplate if not yet act.

Agree with Meghna's observation on "yes, Sai and Me, you heard that as one" look he had for PP...and also Jane's about how "guilt-free and direct" he was in that moment to the entire Chakram gang. A few more jhaad-phoonk sittings should ensure de-addiction šŸ˜…

Yes, he was trying to show Papi-didi that the tea wasn't for him, but his wife. But, as usual sanskari bahu couldn't figure it out and she figured out what she wanted to see.

While Janki you have aptly read Virat's expression, can someone please tell me what was Vahini thinking at that time. Got that she was upset with the previous days scenario and clearly was no in mood to talk to Virat (her best friend). But what was the reaction when he asked for the the second cup, it cant be a surprise as to who are asking it for.

@Bold - Yes he is watching her reaction, more now I guess. He wants to know where this thunderbolt strike come from last night as he said those words a while back but the actions are completely different (this is in the back of his mind). That was his reaction in the strike which came from Baiko. But there was one line which Baiko said spashtly - Vahini openly shows her love for you.....

Absolutely correct. Even I thought so too. I was trying to give her a message but she either ignored it or chose to ignore. It was Ashwini who understood his gesture and gave him another cup of tea. Well! Virat has at least started his act together. It won't be long when he will completely move away from this psycho called Patralekha.

I have a different take on it. Twice Pakhi spoke disparagingly about Samrat. First time on the terrace, when she said exactly the same..I don't know if Samrat will come back or not. Virat's reaction..shock, but not a word. Even his face did not register anger!

Second time, in front of Sai, when she said Samrat doesn't mean anything to her. Sai reacted to that in anger because she understood what Pakhi meant. Virat almost reacted but even if he had , would his reaction have been as strong as when he reacts to Sai??

Sometimes I feel Sai looks out for these reactions almost testing him to see his reactions and he almost always lets her down with his measured reaction to Pakhi.

Even today, when Sai asked him apne dil pe haath rakhke kahiye ...he kept quiet. Or chalo, he cannot verbalize the but his reactions could have been stronger. Instead he told she was lying... another Jalebi.

@Bold - Oh he is one awesome Jalebi maker. She asked a question and he had to say no that's not true or aisa kuch nahi hai but hamare ACP sir kya bole "Tumhe lagta hain tum kabhi jhoot nahi bolti, but abhi tumne jo kaha woh jhoot hain" - Ye kya tha bhai. Arey dada saral shabdo ka istamal karo.

Sometimes i dont understand, either he does not understand what he is going through or he doesnt comprehend what the other person is going through.

He never viewed early, the million dollar question is would he now????

Aga tiche expressions kalle tar pahije, half of the time what she has to convey comes from the reaction of the opposite party. In todays scene also, the scene was understood basis his reaction.

Waise what was the motto of the chai scene pray tell me. Only for him to understand her reaction or see what is she doing????

Awesome take Janki. I loved today's episode too and I wished there were few more clear answers.

The wall that Sai has built on ego and akkad, Virat said even if one wants, cant cross them. I wish there was a dialogue that said, its neither of those, its called Self-Respect.

I really wished Virat clarified, like other friends agree. Yes, it was the 1.47 hrs of yoga love, but I have changed myself and dedicated to my married life..
