Vansh surely loves his child. Only he doesnt realize it yet.
He has his flaws but irresponsibility is not one of them (if we ignore the Manali disaster for a sec).
He is not someone who would shy away from his responsibility of a father. He is just scared. His past haunts him.
He might say he doesnt want this child...but in his subconscious mind, he already has accepted his baby...he hasnt realized it yet.
Otherwise, he would have opted for abortion...which he didnt so far.
