It is official adaption of sreemoyee by changing plot.....there are many common things in baakiyalakshmi nd sreemoyee like most of basic characters are same with little bit changes only plot is different but still core concept is same EMA

But how can surya tv make remake of bakiyalakshmi....sun network nd star are rivals nd how star gave permission to remake their show??

Nahi dekha maina yeh new promo👍🏼. Waise wasn't it the tune of Rabba ve of IPKKND 3 produced by Gul😕. The show IPKKND 3 was very poorly written, the costumes were diastrous and horrible and even the storyline of the show was also very bizarre 👎🏼

Waise does the makers of SAAK have scarcity of money or SP is not giving them enough or little salary that's why they are using the tune already used for another couple in another show🤔. The other reason of using the already used tune is maybe SP or the makers of SAAK is very kansoos that's why they are not spending money on producing a new tune😎😛 I think Shourya and Anokhi one of the couple of a top rated SP channel definitely deserves a new title song and separate tune for them

Yup every channel needed a crime thriller which will run forever whatever the TRP will be. Waise crime patrol of Sony is still giving Sony channel TRP and it's TRP is also never going below 0.3 so that's why Sony is not ending it😛. These crime thrillers are like eternal show of SP, Bhagya's of Zee and TMKOC of Sab which will never end 🤔. The crime thriller of Dangal TV crime alert is very cheap in quality hope this faraar kab tak will not be like crime alert like bhabhi sa pyar, devar sa pyar, sasur sa pyar, sasuma sa pyar,................etc. type of episodes are shown in crime alert🤪. Waise foreign crime shows are good in quality but some shows are too violent👍🏼. I like crime shows so earlier I used to watch some foreign crime shows in ID channel since they used to telecast different types of crime shows but nowadays ID doesn't telecast much or different types of crime shows but still the crime shows of ID are better than the never ending crime patrol, savdhaan india 😊

In wiki though its added as an adaptation the story is different.Only EMA is same.The husband was very loving.He lost his job.so she also searches for a job.Her best friend helps her.then her friend n hus get closer.But in Anupama the wife was suppressed.Here she was a normal happy house wife.Here the MIL is angry with her as she didnt bring dowry while her husband supports her.He married her without dowry.Here like Anupama she is not very calm n soft.Though he was a supportive husband he gets into EMA.But still much better than Vanraj.its more like silsila. The story is different.That's why its remade in malayalam while Anupama's mal remake is aired on another channel.

Remakes happen.ZEE KDB remake is there on surya.Zee KKB remake is aired on asianet which is star associated.

From the types of shows it had mostly in past and present it looks like rural based channel but it had few urban shows too like Dilli Wali Thakur Girls, Queens Hai Hum and Tere Bin. Still it's 90% shows are rural based. Only Bhabhiji and Happu gives both rural and urban vibes. One thing I like that it has only 1 daily soap that is Santoshi Maa though Yeshu nowadays don't look less than a daily soap with Yeshu presented as a daily soap bahu(nothing against God but show makers are only making mockery of him). Even if Jesus may had some kind of events in his childhood I doubt he experienced the things as shown in the show with multiple people after his life. Though it has a good set of actors but here most are doing overacting.

They show dubbed shows like Raat Ka Hai Khel Saara(Marathi), Netaji(Bengali) and Aatmabandhan(Kannada). Netaji and Aatma bandhan dubbing was stopped long back due to low ratings but RKHKS is still shown. In RKHKS I don't understand its.dubbing voice or something else but there too everyone seems to be overacting. And in promos every characters voice sounds so scary and haunting. I wonder it's only due to running or their voice actually sounded like that.

I think SB is not revamping because they are scared that what if they revamp and still the ratings of shows comes low. They did comedy revamp and failed. They did drama revamp and again failed. Now they are trying to bring comedy again with Babu Baby as their entirely dramatic shows also failing.

@orange Not just EMA, I think the MAIN STORYLINE is also the SAME.

Bhagya is SUPPRESSED immensely by her elder son, daughter and MIL.

Only her second son whose name is Senthil I guess is very SUPPORTIVE of her like Samar of Anupama.

I don't know much about the husband because I didn't see many episodes of him, buti did see him HUMILIATING Bhagya just the same way Vanraj does with Anupama.

The CHARACTERS have been sketched DIFFERENTLY but the CENTRAL PLOTLINE is the SAME as Sreemoyee-Anupama.

Even the theme of loving first daughter-in-law is the same.

It was released in December 2017 when I was in Kerala and at that time I had heard Star had purchased the copyrights from EK.

While the MALAYALAM SERIALS are just the OPPOSITE,

The dialogues are VERY POORLY WRITTEN and even the EXECUTION is REALLY BAD,

The MALAYALAM TV INDUSTRY needs to IMPROVE a LOT!
