In 2001 or 2002, Sab TV had a tag line called- Only Smiles No Tears. They would show old shows from various channels as well as new shows. That was pre-Sony Sab era. Now its mostly tears and hardly smiles🤣🤣.

Yes.

After Sony bought it they turned into drama channel with few depressing shows and hardly any comedy shows. Then after few years comedy theme came again with hardly any show of other genre.

Also after Sony took over or before that which I don't remember I don't know why they were showing some shows by changing names like Countdown No 1 was shown as Mirch Masala, Sajan Tum Jhoot Mat Bolo as Teen Bahuraniyan, Take It Easy as Biwi To Biwi Saala Re Saala. The episodes were same but only name changed of few old shows. Want this era back on Sab TV.

&TV should be given a warning to not prolong childhood period in their mythology, history and period drama shows by showing fake fiction stories like in Parmavtar Shri Krishna, Kahat Hanuman Jia Shri Ram, Ek Mahanayak Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar and now Yeshu. Ambedkar is showing fake stories from months along with showing some real events. Yeshu the less said the better. Both shows should be given warning to end childhood period soon and start adult life story. I guess Parmavtar was given this warning when their ratings turned very low from showing childhood stories for more than 2 years so they introduced adult story all of a sudden. Still that show ended soon after leap. Ambedkar I feel some of the things shown is fictional. Yeshu PH only making the life of Jesus a joke.

Nahi yaar horror comedy hi hoga. Sab TV nahi to Edit 2 pe trust karo. If it was actually a serious horror show the 1st teaser would sound scary like Kavach and Daayan ones but it was not at all scary.
