Its a blooper or mansi tai changes her surname back to chavan after her husband's death and this family has weird family traditions of changing names we can assume that but to me it was a blooper the writers make

I think the CVS did this on purpose changed Samrat/Pakhi surname to Chavan . Either it is to create misunderstanding or to make Sai change her surname to chavan . I have a feeling there will be a misunderstanding where the hotel staff might assume Virat and Pakhi to be a couple as Sai has different surname . It might create misunderstanding between Sairat thinking Virat wants to stay in the same room as Pakhi .I know the trip will be cancelled but hotel might call them to confirm something.

Thodi na uska surname rakhi hogi.
