CHAPTER 27

raj called jodha as a routine call.

"hello my little girl... how are you beta?"

"dad...." said jodha with a teary voice.

"jodha ... what happens?... why are you crying?" asked Raj worriedly but jodha keep crying. "i will come to see you". As soon as he heard Jodha crying on the phone, he immediately left his work and immediately flew from Singapore to India on his private jet. Raj does not know exactly what happen to his daughter, he only knows that now his daughter needs him by her side.

"jodha ... my daughter .." said Raj when he saw his daughter and hugged jodha.

"dad... jalal." jodha could only cry in her dad's arms, and Raj tries to pacify jodha.

"Fine if that's what you want, now pack all your things, i will take you home tomorrow morning."

"What?? but dad .. I can't leave this village, there is no replacement doctor here." refuses jodha.

"dont worry i can arrange for it, I think if you stay here then you will get hurt by thinking useless things. You better come with me to calm down for a few days or until you feel better. after that you can come back here." said Raja and Jodha agreed.

That night, moti helped jodha to pack up all her belongings, she called the health office asking for doctors to temporarily replace jodha.

"moti .. can you stay here until the replacement doctor come?, as soon as the doctor came you can follow me to Singapore."

"Don't worry about me, Jo .. I'll catch up with you as soon as the problem here is resolved."

Finally jodha decided to temporarily calm down in Singapore, maybe this is the best decision at this time.

The day morning Jalal immediately drove to the hotel looking for a ruq to ask for an explanation BUT unfortunately, Ruq had checked out of the hotel last night, Jalal went to her apartment hoping that Ruq was there but she was not there, later jalal got to know that Ruq went to Italy last night for her modeling show. Jalal found it difficult to breathe as if a huge weight was pressing on his chest. the only hope that could clear up the problem was gone.

"oh god ... please let my wife know the truth." prayed jalal.

Now Jodha is in her father's private plane leaving everything behind.. her village, her beloved parents-in-law, her fond memories, and also left JALAL the man whom she loved so much.

"Goodbye Jalal .. I will always love you .. i m sorry I took our child with me.. without telling you .. "Jodha thought in tears.

"Jalal .. !!! what are you doing here???" moti asked in surprise seeing jalal standing in front of the door.

"I want to talk to my wife, I will explain everything to her."

"you cant talk to jodha now jalal."

"why moti ?? I don't care even if she doesn't want to see me again, I will try my best to tell her about the truth."

"jo .. jodha has left .. jalal .. said Moti.

"be strong jalal..maybe this is the best for now, let Jodha calm down first, even she is preg... I mean she is in bad mood, let her calm first,"said Moti nervously as she almost blurts out about jodha's pregnancy.

"where did jodha went, moti?" asked Jalal.

"i m sorry jalal.. i had promise jodha that i will not tell you about her whereabouts" said moti.

"I understand ... thank you moti. Take care of yourself. goodbye" says jalal and leaves from there, jalal walks like a zombie. His world seemed to have been destroyed, Life did not appeal to him anymore, he was like a living robot that had no purpose in life.

after 6 months...

since jodha's departure, Jalal spent his time just working non-stop, going on business trips to avoid thinking about jodha, this made his parents really worry about his condition, jalal didn't pay attention to his health anymore, Until one morning when he was getting ready for office, suddenly Jalal felt terrible pain on his abdomen and feels like vomit, immediately Jalal ran to the bathroom and vomit, his head dizzy and he fell unconscious. Hamida came to see jalal but couldn't find him in the room, she was about to go, she hear water sound from the bathroom, she thought to check on him. she went inside the bathroom as she found the bathroom door open and found her son lying on the floor.

"jaalllaaall ... oh my God what happened to you?" screams Hamida hysterically when she saw her son fainted. immediately she called humayun and told tanmai to prepare the car to take jalal to the hospital. humayun and Hamida anxiously waiting outside the ICU while the doctor where checking jalal. then the doctor came out from ICU, humayun and hamida ran to him.

"How is my son doctor? is he ok? nothing wrong with him right?" asked hamida impatiently.

"for now We can't say anything without a medical test, Mr. Jalal had to undergo many tests to confirm his health conditions."

"Do whatever you can to treat my son doctor, I will pay whatever it costs, as long as my son gets well" said Humayun. The doctor also performed a series of tests on Jalal, after the results were obtained, the doctor again called Jalal's parents, to inform him of the lab test results.

"how is my son.son condition doctor? Asked hamida impatiently.

"According to the test results ... Mr.Jalal's both kidneys failed. he needs a donor for a kidney transplant immediately with a blood group of AB+." The doctor explained making humayun and hamida.

"oh god.. jalal. i don't want to lose my child.." cried hamida.

"Mr.Jalal must get a donor for the kidney as soon as possible. If he doesn't get a donor immediately, Mr.Jalal can ..."

"how many months are left of my son's life." asked Humayun cutting the doctor.

"6 months to 2 years by dialysis" hamida cries harder hearing the doctor.

"Can we be the donors for jalal? Ask Humayun.

"As long as they meet the requirements, parents can be donors." said the doctor.

humayun and hamida did a test to fulfill the requirements to become a donor, and the results were so disappointing because they could not become donors because hamida blood doesn't match with jalal and humayun's health condition were poor as he is old, as a result, Jalal had to wait for someone who was willing to be a donor for him. after announcing for a donor... they wait for few days but no one showed up... finally Humayun & Hamida decided to take Jalal to Singapore to get better treatment, Jalal was flown to Singapore that very day, to Elizabeth Hospital.

"Jodha ... are you ready, beta?.." Raj asked jodha from the living room as they are going for a check-up for jodha who is already 8 months pregnant.

"yes dad..." replied jodha who immediately appeared in front of his father with a big baby bump.

"I'm also coming.. even i want to see my nephew/niece condition..." interrupt maan. jodha smiles listening to him. "okay ... now let's go to the ELIZABETH HOSPITAL.," said Maan excitedly.
